St. Petersburg Skin and Laser is part of the ongoing renaissance that this city has experienced over the recent years. Bringing a high level of service and patient care to dermatological needs both medical and aesthetic. Dr. Kesty and Physicians Assistant Colin Burroughs elevate the patient experience with care and concern. I immediately felt at ease in their upscale and welcoming environment. As someone who is new to aesthetics I felt confident in Dr. Kesty’s recommendations. I received compliments from my coworkers after my procedure as they noted my appearance without quite being able to know why. This is a testimony to the perfection of the subtleness of the improvements I received!

Doctor Colin Burroughs is very nice. I love my appointment with him. The nurse and the ladies that work in here is very nice and polite. I highly indicate their services.

Dr. Kesty and her team are the best! The office is beautiful and very clean. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. I was seen right at my appointment time which was great. The medical assistants (Yana and Elle) are nice and were helpful with explaining everything. Dr. Kesty was very knowledgeable and friendly. I asked a lot of questions and Dr. Kesty took the time to answer everything. Dr. Kesty is very kind and was easy to talk to. She is also a local so she knows a lot about St. Pete. I like that St. Petersburg Skin and Laser is locally owned. I felt like a patient that was cared for- not a “number” or a “widget” like I have felt at other big hospital systems or Private Equity- owned Dermatology practices. Dr. Kesty and I came up with a plan that solved my reason for visit. When I booked my appointment I didn’t realize that Dr. Kesty did a Dermatology Residency and then a Fellowship in Cosmetics. I had such a good experience that I referred friends to her for Cosmetics. I have seen the Dr. Kesty’s cosmetic work and it is amazing! Highly recommend Dr. Kesty and her staff for either medical or cosmetic!

As usual I had a very minimal wait before I was called back into a room. All of the staff are so personable, they talk to you and make you feel like you're special. Dr.Kesty takes enough time to listen to your concerns and I never feel like she's rushing to get to the next patient and that's surely appreciated by me and others, I'm sure.

Our entire family is seen by Dr. Kesty. She is the most caring and compassionate dermatologist we have ever seen. She is quick, efficient and really listens to what your problems and concerns may be. Her treatments are tailored to your individual needs. It is rare to be seen by a Board Certified Dermatologist at every visit to a Dermatology practice. Most clinics push you off on a PA. Not so at this practice. Her approach is patient specific so don't expect to be treated the same way as everyone else. Her staff is polite and her clinic is immaculate. I am so happy that we found this practice and especially Dr. Kat Kesty.

I absolutely LOVE coming to this office!! The staff, the physician, everything is just as it should be, and light years beyond!! What a gem we have here!! This place is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Kesty and her staff. They are so kind and comforting (they also all have amazing skin). I most recently had a laser resurfacing treatment done. I was a bit nervous because it was my first time but Dr. Kesty and Yana (spelling?) made me feel so safe and comfortable like i was right at home. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had also been here previously for other services and i cant think of a single negative thing to say about this business. I’ve read a few comments about the way they don’t give a price quote over the phone and i understand how that can be concerning at first but their reasoning behind it makes so much sense now that I’ve actually received services there. They can’t tell you how much a treatment will be over the phone because they have no idea what your skin looks like! A $300 service for one person may be $600 for someone else who has completely different skin care needs. If you’re serious about wanting great, healthy skin, St. Pete Skin and Laser is the best place you can go.

5 stars aren't enough for this awesome Dr and her staff. After spending a ton of money at medi spas and not getting any results I was in search of the best derm in the Tampa Bay area. I chose SPSL because I really wanted laser treatment and Dr. Kesty has invested in all the best machines and latest technology. Dr. Kesty has really gone out of her way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible during all my treatments, she really cares. She is as invested in my results as I am, I trust her with my face! PS do the laser hair removal it is crazy how pain free it is, thanks Gabriella!!

This is the best place to take care of your skin. Everyone there is kind and knowledgeable in everything they do. They all care about you. I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Gabriella is AMAZING !! I am coming here for my Brazillian hair removal , she always takes times before she starts to see if I have any questions or concerns prior to starting the procedure. The procedure itself is completely painless because of the machine that she uses. I would highly recommend Gabriella for any laser hair removal.

I visited SPSL today for a cosmetic consult with Dr. Kesty and followed it with a HydraFacial by Gabriella afterwards. The consult was thorough and I found Dr. Kesty to be attentive and very knowledgeable and suggested some wonderful treatments to address some of my skin issues, with no pressure. I followed through with my HydraFacial with Gabriella and she was WONDERFUL. I have had facials beforehand but have never had such a positive experience. She explained everything that she was doing throughout the procedure. My face felt wonderful afterwards and while HydraFacials are expensive, after my experience with Gabriella, I am going to reward myself and return at least every 2 months for a HydraFacial. If you are new to the area and/or are looking for a fantastic place to address your skin's needs...run don't walk to SPSL... and do not miss a chance to meet with Gabriella!

Had a consultation with Dr Kesty about a scar. We discussed a few options of treatment. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She gave me her time and it was not rushed which I appreciated. The place is very nice and has a good reputation. They are dermatologists and seem very trustworthy and honest. I think it’s a great place if you have any skin problems or scars. My wife scheduled me an appointment at SPSL for a hydrafacial. Admittedly, I was unsure about getting a facial since I hadn’t received one before. From the minute I walked in the door I was very impressed with the staff. Gabriella, the esthetician, did a great job with the facial. It was a very relaxing experience and I felt rejuvenated when I left. I will definitely be coming back in the future for all my dermatology needs.

I have been struggling with acne scarring and I saw Dr.Kesty to learn about cosmetic options to help minimize irreversible scarring. She suggested RF microneedling to help stimulate collagen production. She explained the procedure, what to expect and was incredibly helpful and patient. Everyone at the office was pleasant and kind and the office was beautiful and clean. I am looking forward to coming back for another procedure and trying Dr.Kesty’s skincare line.
