Practice Policies

For the convenience and privacy of our patients, visits with Dr. Kesty are by appointment only. Dr. Kesty values the patient experience. To maintain the highest standards of care, patients delayed more than 5-10 minutes beyond their scheduled appointment time may be requested to reschedule. Cancellations of appointments less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee. Acceptable forms of payment for patient services include cash or credit card. A consultation fee is applicable to all new Cosmetic Consultations. During your Cosmetic Consultation with Dr. Kesty, expect to be educated about the various options available to you. Dr. Kesty will collaborate with you to develop a custom treatment plan based on the outcome that you are trying to achieve. We do not provide pricing for individual procedures outside of the Cosmetic Consultation due to the unique needs of each of our patients. If you choose to receive or book and pay for a future appointment on the day of your consultation appointment you may apply the consultation fee to a same day injectable treatment or laser procedure. Payment for cosmetic procedures is expected at the time of service.

The clinic and all its employees and agents abide by all state and federal regulations regarding the privacy of individual health care information, including HIPPA (the Health Care Insurance Privacy and Protection Act), enacted on April 14, 2003.
